# Suncoast Local

> Suncoast Local is a Sarasota, Florida website brand and a division of Postcard Advantage LLC. It sells one product to local businesses in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County: a six-page website, written, built and hosted for the business, for $499 a year with everything included. Orders, billing, building and hosting are handled by Postcard Advantage on postcardadvantage.com. Postcard Advantage also mails shared postcards in the Sarasota area.

## The website
- Price: $499 a year, renews automatically, no setup fee, no monthly bill. Automatic renewal can be turned off at any time; the site stays up until the end of the paid year.
- Six pages written from the owner's answers on an order form: home, about, services (or menu), areas served (one page), frequently asked questions, contact. Plus terms, privacy and accessibility pages.
- Eleven styles to choose from.
- A logo and an image for every page (the owner's own, or made for them).
- The owner's own domain, with hello@ that domain forwarded to their existing email. A domain can be bought for them; its price is added to the yearly bill.
- Hosting, a security certificate and backups, kept current.
- A login to change any text, price, photo or phone number.
- Built 24 to 48 hours from payment. It goes live as soon as it is built and the owner is emailed the link (with a domain they already own, once the two settings sent to them are changed). There is nothing to approve: if the owner wants anything changed afterwards, it is changed.
- The site never claims licenses, insurance, years in business or awards the owner did not state.
- Not included in the $499 site: blog writing, chat assistants, per-town pages, online shops, appointment systems, ad management, SEO retainers or ranking guarantees.

## Shared postcards (Postcard Advantage, Sarasota area)
- One large card with sixteen ad slots, one business per category, mailed by USPS Every Door Direct Mail to every home on the chosen carrier routes.
- The 9x12 jumbo card reaches about 5,000 homes; the 6x11 card reaches about 2,500.
- The card prints only once every slot is sold; if it does not fill by its date, the advertiser can take a full refund.
