Track it in your dashboard
Once approved, you get a login to watch your referrals and earnings, and request payouts. 1099 - you set your own terms.
What it can add up to
At an average build of about $3,000, each referral that becomes a client pays you roughly $600. Ten referred builds is about $6,000; twenty-five is about $15,000 - for sharing a link.

- Share it. On your website, social posts, email, or in person - anywhere you reach local business owners.
- Get paid. When a business you referred becomes a client, you earn 20% of the build. Once it clears our refund window, it's yours to withdraw.

You earn a one-time 20% of the website build for every business you refer that becomes a paying client - for example, a $3,000 build pays you $600. It's paid on money actually collected. There's no recurring commission on the affiliate plan.
Affiliates are passive: you share a link or QR and earn a one-time 20% on builds. Sales partners actively prospect, look after the client, and earn 20% on the build plus a 20% monthly residual for as long as the client stays. Once a referral's build payment clears our refund window, your commission becomes available. We pay out by your chosen method (ACH, PayPal, or check) once your balance reaches a $50 minimum. If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we'll issue a 1099.
When you're approved you get a unique referral link and QR code (you can even customize it, e.g. suncoastlocal.com/aff/yourname). Anyone who opens it and later becomes a client is automatically credited to you - and you can watch your referrals and earnings in your affiliate dashboard.
You still earn 20%, capped at $500 on a financed build, and it's paid as the payments are actually collected - never ahead of the cash coming in.
