The short version — how we handle your data
We collect the minimum information needed to provide our services and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad trackers. We use cookies only for essential site functions and basic analytics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
What we collect
From contact forms and audit requests: Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name, website URL, and any information you include in the message field. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested.
Automatically when you visit the site: Anonymized analytics data including pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), browser, and device type. We use this to understand how the site is performing and to improve it.
Server logs: Standard web server logs including IP address, request URL, and timestamp. These are kept for security and debugging purposes and are deleted on a rolling basis.
What we do not collect
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email communication

SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Suncoast Local may contact you by SMS text message in connection with our services. The following terms describe our text messaging program.
Your consent. We send text messages only to people who have opted in — for example, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text on one of our forms, in writing, or verbally, or by texting us first. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of messages. Depending on how you interact with us, messages may include replies to your inquiries, appointment and call scheduling and reminders, website, project, and audit updates, billing and account notifications, and customer-care messages. We send promotional or marketing text messages only if you have separately opted in to receive them.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy of your mobile information. We do not sell your mobile phone number or your SMS consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide as part of the SMS opt-in and consent process — including your mobile number and your consent — will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with the vendors that help us operate the messaging service (such as our SMS provider), and only as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party services
The site may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and form handling. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that have strong privacy practices and do not sell user data.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption for all data submitted through forms, secure hosting, and access controls on our internal systems.
