We are a new company earning our first wall of reviews, so our first 15 clients get the founding rate: $749 setup instead of $1,999, and $179 per month instead of $249 - locked for the life of your subscription and written into your agreement. We build every site on our own platform - the same custom codebase that runs every Suncoast Local site - so the craftsmanship that used to cost $5,000-$12,000 up front is now spread across an affordable monthly subscription. You get the same hand-built, fast, SEO-ready site; you just do not have to write a big check to get it.

The honest answer most agencies bury: on the subscription, we own and operate the site and you license it - that is what makes the low monthly possible. But unlike the big site-builder platforms, we publish a buyout schedule: at any point you can pay the buyout for your tenure bracket and walk away owning the complete site - code, design, and content. After 4 years the buyout is just a $299 transfer fee. Your domain name and your content are always yours, from day one, no matter what.

The schedule is published right on this page and written into your agreement: months 1-12 it is $7,499, months 13-24 it is $3,999, months 25-36 it is $1,999, months 37-48 it is $999, and from month 49 on it is just a $299 transfer fee. Pay it and we hand over the entire site - full code, design, images, and content - and help you or your new developer move it to hosting you control. No exit interviews, no retention games.

Cancel any time with 30 days written notice - there is no long-term contract. Without a buyout the site itself (our code and design) comes down, but you keep your domain and we give you a full export of your content - your wording, photos, blog posts, and lead history. If you think you might want the site itself, check the buyout schedule first; after a few years it costs less than a nice dinner out.

Yes. $749 covers onboarding: collecting your business details, photos, and preferences, building and launching the full site, connecting your domain - or registering a brand-new one for you, included in the price - and training the AI chatbot on your business. The complete build - design, content writing, town pages, chatbot - is included even though it is a $12,000+ value job. We can afford that because clients stay: the product is good, the price is fair, and there is nothing to escape from.

No. The monthly covers the whole platform - hosting, security, content, chatbot, editing - and nothing is ever added to your bill. If you need something genuinely outside what is listed here, contact us and we will give you a written custom quote before anything happens.

Credit card or ACH bank transfer through Stripe. The $749 setup is paid securely at signup through Stripe Checkout - that is what starts your build. The $179 monthly starts the day you approve your site and it goes live, or 14 days after signup, whichever comes first (if a delay is on our side, we push that date back), and renews monthly from that date.
